Cotton Mills is located at the end of Peoples Palace, the entrance of which is opposite TK Maxx on the pedestrianised section of Pydar Street.
Opening hours
We are open 9am–5.30pm, Monday–Saturday. We are closed on Bank Holidays and Christmas Day.
